General Practitioners and Specialists
Verde Clinic is an integrative medicine clinic for the management of anxiety, chronic pain and insomnia.
We work alongside our patient’s existing general practitioners and specialists to enhance patient outcomes
Referrals are not required, but are recommended and encouraged

Verde Clinic does not perform acute medicine care, and we do not assume the total care of patients
We encourage general practitioners to include our patients as partners in their chronic disease management plans (item 721/723)
We endeavour to communicate any care decisions to our colleagues with transparency to both our patients and their caregivers

Specialists expressing concern for patient welfare are encouraged to contact the clinic directly on 08-62455550 or to contact us via email (info@verdeclinic.com.au) and clearly identify the patient concerned and provide a phone number for our doctor to contact.

Pharmacists

All prescribers in Verde Clinic are Authorised Prescribers

Patients receive their natural medicine prescriptions electronically via their phones or email, and do not require separate TGA SAS-B applications

To obtain the MAP approvals, please email info@verdeclinic.com.au and specify the doctor’s authority required and we will gladly send this to you

All prescription substitutions require written contact

Industry

Verde Clinic are brand agnostic and we prescribe medication as is appropriate to our patient care

For requests for medical reports, including but not limited to, income protection and fitness for work commentary; please contact admin@verdeclinic.com.au; please note that our rates for reports start at $400/hour +GST.

Verde Clinic are not an occupational medicine service and queries regarding a patient’s total occupational fitness are best directed to appropriate services
